Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist
Shea PArry
M.Ed., M.S., CCC-SLP
Shea graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Master's Degree in Education where she specialized in Learning Disabilities. She then graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where she obtained her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Shea has worked with patients with multiple challenges for 20 years including developmental disabilities, sensory issues, dysphagia, reading/writing issues, apraxia, and autism. Her favorite part of being a speech-language pathologist is hearing that one of her patients "had a real conversation" with someone in the family.
The most important men in her life are her 3 boys Ethan, Zac, and Sam, and her husband, Bill. Shea loves the mountains, spending time with her family, and cooking.

Office Administrator
Heather Blocker
B.A.
Heather has a degree in early childhood development and worked in childcare for 15+ years before entering the medical field. She has been working in the medical field for over 10 years. She has always loved working with children and the medical field, so now that she is part of the team here at Elite, Heather says that she has the best of both worlds!

Heather was born and raised in Oklahoma, and she graduated from Piedmont High. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her daughter, and taking her to do things. Heather also enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their two dogs. They love spending the weekends in the pool, at the lake, and having family days.

Our speech therapy team helps children develop strong communication skills, addressing everything from articulation and language to feeding and social interactions, empowering them to connect with the world around them.

Speech-Language Pathologist
Sydney Kellas
M.S., CCC-SLP, CTP
Sydney graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Masters in Speech Language Pathology. From her time working in elementary education, she has significant experience treating individuals with articulation disorders, language disorders, fluency disorders, pragmatic deficits, developmental delays, and AAC users, though her education and training extend far beyond. Sydney prioritizes collaboration with families and patients to ensure evidence- and value-based treatment.
Sydney was born and raised in Key West, Florida and lived in Texas for many years. In her free time, Sydney enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Houston and Mango.

Speech-Language Pathologist
Christina Torres
M.S., CCC-SLP, CTP
Christina graduated from The University of Central Oklahoma with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She has extensive experience treating children with developmental delays, apraxia, language disorders, articulation disorders, fluency disorders and AAC users. She enjoys working with children and their families to improve
communication and quality of life. Christina believes that building confidence and creating a fun and engaging environment in therapy is crucial for learning. Christina is passionate about helping children with childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) and children who have experienced trauma due to family separation.
Christina was born in Fort Lewis, WA. In her free time, she loves to go on hiking
adventures with her husband, Richard. Her other hobbies include reading, obsessing
over plants, and spending time with her daughter and family.

Our occupational therapy team helps children build essential life skills, focusing on fine motor development, sensory processing, and daily activities to promote independence and participation in their world.

Occupational Therapist
Angela Paynter
M.S., OTR/L, CTP
Angela graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2006 with a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy specializing in early intervention. She has experience working with children with a wide range of developmental delays and sensory processing issues in schools, home and community settings, and pediatric clinics.
Angela is especially passionate about helping children who have experienced trauma, and has completed over 95 hours of training on trauma, attachment, and the principles of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). She is a member of the Association for Training on Trauma and Attachment in Children (ATTACh), the Oklahoma Association of Neonatal and Pediatric Therapists (OANAPT), and the Oklahoma Occupational Therapy Association. (OKOTA).
Angela and her husband, Brad, have lived in Oklahoma since 2012. In her free time, Angela enjoys reading and going on local adventures with her four children.

Occupational Therapy Assistant
Juana Perez
COTA/L
Juana graduated from Oklahoma City Community College with an Applied Science degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2022. She has experience working with the adult population in skilled rehab and long-term care, and with pediatrics in the outpatient setting.
She currently enjoys collaborating with children and their families to provide quality individualized care. Juana has a passion to further her skill set with continuing education courses and trainings to ensure that she is implementing current evidence-based interventions in her everyday session. Her goal is to help children to reach their highest level of independence and full potential while engaging in a safe and playful environment. Juana is bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish.

Occupational Therapy Assistant
Angelica Butanda
COTA/L
Angelica is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with an Associate in Applied Science in Occupational Therapy (2019) and an Associate in Arts (2018) from Oklahoma City Community College. She brings experience in both outpatient pediatric clinics and school-based settings and has a strong passion for helping children thrive through developmentally appropriate, play-based care.

She primarily works with children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and developmental delays. She is certified in the Alert Program® for self-regulation and integrates sensory-based strategies into therapy to help children achieve greater functional independence. As a bilingual provider (English/Spanish), she values accessible, culturally responsive care.
In addition to her PRN role at Elite, Angelica, also serves as Director of Membership for the Oklahoma Association of Neonatal and Pediatric Therapists (OANAPT), a position she has held for three years. She is also involved with a local Children’s Advocacy Center, where she provides trauma-informed services to children & caregivers who have experienced child abuse and neglect.
